CONTEST GUIDELINES:

a. Essay is required to be no more than one full page.
b. Include fullname, phone number, and mailing address.
2. Make a $6 online purchase of a Jewel Premium Sanitary Napkin product models.
a. Proof of purchase must be submitted along with the essay.
3. Cash prizes will be paid over a two month period in two phases.
a. Phase 1 ends April 30th, winner will be announced May 6th
b. Phase 2 ends May 31st, the winner will be announced June 6th
c. The Winners will receive payment prize by check via mail
d. The Winners will receive the same prize payments in both phases
● 1st Place- $1,500
● 2nd Place- $1,000
● 3rd Place- $1,000
● 4th Place- $750.00
● 5th Place- $750.00
